This is my written notice that I will end my tenancy at the rental above and vacate on [last day of the tenancy]. I will return the keys on [key return date].

Arizona law (A.R.S. §33-1375(B)) sets a default notice period for a month-to-month tenancy: Written notice at least 30 days before the periodic rental date in the notice. If my lease sets a different period, I am giving this notice under the lease.

Please tell me how to arrange the move-out inspection, as I would like to be present.
