This is my written notice that I will end my tenancy at the rental above and vacate on [last day of the tenancy]. I will return the keys on [key return date].

Washington law (RCW 59.18.200(1)(a)) sets a default notice period for a month-to-month (periodic) tenancy: Written notice of 20 days or more before the end of a rental period. If my lease sets a different period, I am giving this notice under the lease.
